Seeking an Outstanding Sales Professional:

We are looking for a first class, dynamic, self motivated, intelligent, polished, hunter-closer – who is driven to succeed. We need you to be willing to do what it takes to make deals happen; cold call, engage in executive meetings with CEO’s, negotiate and close, close, close. You must have extensive B2B sales experience coupled with technical knowledge. Must be a self motivated independent thinker. Employees must be prepared with a plan for success.

This role has the potential to earn well over 100K – with uncapped commission structure.

This position is pure sales. Its greatest attribute is to provide you with the ability to build a business and shape its strategy.

• Attain pre-determined sales targets for new business sales in the Small & Medium Business Market.
• Proactively plan, coordinated and execute the territory team plan to meet scorecard and revenue goals.
• Prioritize strategies and tactics for creation of pipeline coverage and revenue targets.
• Contributes to the successful increase in revenues by developing lasting relationships with key decision makers.
• Understand your clients’ needs and develop the best growth strategy for them.
• Manage and report sales activities to sales management
• Foster productive working relationships both internally and external


• Must be an experienced direct sales professional with a successful track record in new business development.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years B2B Telecom/IT selling experience (including voice, data, IP networks, ICT, wireless and phone systems, Networking) in a competitive environment.
• Proven track record in quota attainment
• IT Industry selling experience would be an asset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.
• Proven prospecting and cold calling
• Car and valid driver’s license – this is required to meet with clients all over the GTA.
• University or College degree/diploma an asset.
